If you live on the East Coast in a big city, then you know about Publix supermarket. I must make it known that it's only in bigger cities because I'm from a small town that didn't have a Publix until recently. Thanks to me living in different cities, I've had the chance to experience Publix for many years now, but now, the city that I currently live in doesn't have one, (sighs), so I travel to visit one every now and then.
One of the things I did miss about Publix was their buffalo chicken dip. I fell in love with it when I first found it and it would be my little treat to indulge in every now and then after a huge shopping trip.
Now I know you're wondering how it tastes so I’ll go ahead and explain it to you. It tastes WONDERFUL! THE END!
Lol. Just playing, but I'll describe it the best way I know how.
If you don't like spicy foods, then you might not like this. It is not too spicy, just a mild spice level, but you can taste the spice, it’s just enough spice for me, but I love spicy foods. It has a different type of cheese called Neufchatel that mixes very well with the sour cream and hot sauce. This makes it creamy and smooth to spread on a fresh tortilla chip.
It's not one of those foods that you eat every day. It’s like a fancy savory treat to have every now and then. Let me warn you though, the price tag on it is 6.49, Whew Jesus! It's convenient though because it is enough to feed my family of three and you can microwave it right from the container. Also, if you don't finish it all, you can just replace the top on there and pop it in the fridge for another day.
They also have spinach dip which is pretty good and other dip choices. Next time you visit Publix treat yourself to some dip. You deserve it.
